If you want to keep real-time track of your post views / hit by visitor then you can use this plugins.
This plugins will gives stat for each post views by visitor. You will be able to see the post views count, in the post listing page in WordPress admin panel, also you can use the widget to display the most popular post (based on most views) in the sidebar ares.

Installation
- Download the plugin and extract the files
- Upload “cn-post-views-stats” to your wp-content/plugins/ directory
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Check the “Post Views Stats” Tab created by this plugins to see the post view stats
or
- Go to “Plugins” -> “Add New”
- Type “Post views Stats” in “Search Plugins” input box
- Click “Install” and active the plugins.

Faq
Ans : After install this plugins, you don’t need to do anything, this plugins will track post views by visitor automatically. A new column “Views” will be visible for post listing in the admin panel, where you can see the count for each post.

This is the worst plugin ever. It shows way more views than Google Analytics or Jetpack.

This plugin worked relatively well until recently. Now it registers far less than what I know the traffic is. My latest post shows 0 hits, yet I know that it's being visited because I've had conversation with a number of folks, asking them.
The authors aren't interested in solving problems via the support forum. I suppose if it isn't working, you have to pay for them to fix it.

Installed and tried, post count stays in zero all the time.
Not Working

This plugin simply doesn't do what it's supposed to - it's not counting ANY visits to ANY post. All posts show zero visits. Not sure if I have to wait or how long, but after an hour or so still no stats updated - and in description it says " real-time track of your post views". If something is real-time I'd expect it gets updated at least after an hour or so.
Uninstalling.
