Presslyte AI Search Check is a lightweight, read-only page review for logged-in WordPress editors.

Version 0.1.3 checks the current page only. It can identify a small set of issues involving search visibility, headings, image alternative text, descriptive links, visible placeholders, failed images, and long paragraphs.

The plugin uses deterministic browser checks; it does not run an AI model.

The plugin does not edit content, crawl the entire site, create database tables, schedule background tasks, collect telemetry, require an account, or send content to an external AI service.

Results use clear Ready, Review, and Needs attention labels. The normal WordPress editor remains available from every results panel.

The dashboard includes optional, clearly labeled links to Presslyte documentation, support, and commercial plans. These links open only when you select them; the plugin does not contact Presslyte automatically.

  1. Upload and activate the plugin.
  2. Open AI Search Check in the WordPress dashboard for the quick-start guide.
  3. Visit a post or page while logged in as a user who can edit it.
  4. Select AI Search Check from the front-end admin bar.
Does this plugin change my content?

No. The checker is read-only.

Does it send my content to Presslyte or an AI provider?

No. Version 0.1.3 runs the page checks in your browser and makes no automatic external request.

Does it guarantee search rankings or AI citations?

No. It provides a small set of practical review suggestions and makes no ranking or citation guarantee.

Does the plugin contact an external service?

No automatic external request is made. The dashboard includes optional links to Presslyte documentation, support, and plans; your browser visits Presslyte only if you select one of those links.
