Private Comment Notification Email

Hides private details from comment notification emails, such as IP address and email.

Why would you want this? Say for example you have Contributors on your blog. You don’t want them to get emails with your commenter’s private information.

1. Activate the “Private Comment Notification Email” Plugin
2. Everything else is automatic.

Yes anyone with Author level and above can.

Will the new user notification email have email and IP address listed?

Yes

Will comment moderation emails have email and IP address listed?

Yes
