1. Upload the plugin files to /wp-content/plugins/pro-web-design-order-note-templates-for-woocommerce/, or install directly through the WordPress plugins screen
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
3. Go to WooCommerce → Order Note Templates to create your first template
4. Open any order or subscription — the template selector appears in the sidebar

• Fixed: the plugin file’s own header comment still had a hardcoded “Tested up to: 7.0” line left over from before the 1.2.4 update. WordPress.org gives the plugin-header value priority over the readme’s “Tested up to” when both are present, so the directory kept showing 7.0 (normalized to the latest 7.0.x release) even after readme.txt was correctly bumped to 7.1 in 1.2.4. Removed the header line entirely — “Tested up to” is a readme.txt-only field and doesn’t belong in the plugin file, matching how Order Tags & Labels already does it — so this can’t happen again.
