  1. Install and activate plugin.
  2. Click on the new Pure Chat button in your left sidebar.
  3. Click the button to take you to the Pure Chat widget selector.
  4. Sign in or create a new account (If you’re not already signed in to Pure Chat).
  5. Select a widget for your page.
  6. Click the link to your Pure Chat dashboard and get ready to chat!

Do I have to install any extra software?

No, just this plugin.

How can I change the appearance of the widget on my page?

You can change all your widget settings from your Pure Chat dashboard.

Does Pure Chat support other languages?

Absolutely! You can customize all the messages that appear in the chat widget and write them in whatever language you want.

Are there any ads?

No! There are no annoying ads in Pure Chat.

What do my visitors see if I’m not online to take their chats?

You decide! Your widget can display an offline indicator, disappear entirely, or let visitors email you with their questions.

Can I temporarily remove the chat widget from my site without losing my settings?

Yes, deactivating the Pure Chat plugin will stop the widget from showing up, but your preferred widget settings will remain for when you want to reactivate it.

Render Blocking Sripts

Adds a lot of overhead, which can not be optimized - slows your site down. Good luck trying to speed optimize your site if you use this. Nice render blocking scripts dynamically loaded.

Doesn't work on my website even if I followed the installation procedure step by step. Technical support is poor.

It works, but slow site performance / load times

It works grate, but it does add a bit of extra time to to load your website when enabled. It uses Javascript, so that is heavy weight. I do like the dashboard and mobile app, no issues with those.

Severely impacts site load speed

Steer clear, it seemed to be a great plugin but it slows your site to the point of no return and when removed it basically deleted my site front page. FAB I'd suggest having a look for other options before installing this plugin. NO response since initially posting my first review 2 months ago.

Thanks for a free version of the app and service. It’s nice to chat with with visitors to my blog. I’ve actually written articles based on chats I’ve had with my visitors. Also like how easy it was to install and setup the plug-in and design the chat user interface. Lots of good options and preferences.
