The URL should follow this format: https://qumo.ai/s/your-form-link.

How do I obtain my Qumo form link?

  1. Log in to your Qumo AI account at https://qumo.ai.
  2. Create or select an existing form.
  3. Copy the form’s shareable link, which will look like https://qumo.ai/s/your-form-link.
  4. Paste this link into the plugin settings or block editor.
