Quoteo account and external service

This plugin requires a Quoteo account and connects your website to the external Quoteo invoicing and CRM service.

Quoteo offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Visit the pricing page for current features and limits.

Quoteo is operated by Digitalworks, an independent company based in France.

This plugin is not affiliated with Automattic or WooCommerce.

Data sent to Quoteo

Depending on your configuration, the plugin may send:

  • Customer name, company, email address and phone number.
  • Billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order reference, amount and payment status.
  • Your WordPress site URL and plugin version for diagnostic purposes.

When data is sent

  • When a WooCommerce order is placed through classic or Blocks checkout, if automatic order synchronization is enabled.
  • When a user registers, if contact synchronization is enabled.
  • When you trigger a manual synchronization from the plugin settings or WooCommerce orders.
  • When you click Send electronically, the plugin checks account availability and sends the linked Quoteo invoice ID to Quoteo. Quoteo handles electronic transmission through its Pennylane integration.

Consent and privacy

You are responsible for informing your users about these data transfers in your privacy policy.

The plugin does not track users or send data without explicit configuration or consent.

Privacy

This plugin connects to the external service Quoteo to send order and customer data.

No data is collected by Digitalworks beyond what is required for synchronization.

When deactivated, the plugin stops all data transfers. When uninstalled, local plugin settings are deleted. Invoice references and synchronization history stored on WooCommerce orders are retained.

This plugin is licensed under the GPLv2 or later.

  1. Install the plugin from the WordPress Plugins screen or upload its ZIP file.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. Go to Settings Quoteo Connector.
  4. Enter your API credentials, available in your Quoteo account.
  5. Enable WooCommerce synchronization.
  6. Test an order and check the synchronization logs.

Do I need a Quoteo account?

Yes. A Quoteo account is required to connect your website and use the invoicing service.

Does this plugin generate invoices independently?

No. The plugin connects WordPress or WooCommerce to Quoteo. Invoice generation and sending are handled by Quoteo.

Which WooCommerce data is synchronized?

Does this plugin track my users?

No. It only sends the data you configure, with user consent.
