Quoty is a simple plugin that lets you share any text selected on the page.
Currently supported platforms are: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and GooglePlus

How does it work?

You simply enable the plugin and on the frontend, you’ll be able to select text and share it on twitter, google, facebook, pinterest or linkedin

It's a great plugin and also the design is really good. What I don't understand is why they use React. Such a framework for such a little plugin...

So you were looking into sumome and other plugins to let your visitors share their favorite content on your site? And you realized that those plugins either are full of spammy company references or you have to fork out $100 MONTHLY to get their "Pro" version? And even that is very limited and buggy!! Meet Quoty, a plugin as simple as its name, and as powerful as you can imagine. Well, more powerful. Because NO other plugin (not even the $100/MONTH one!) does it as well and as user-friendly as [ link redacted, please do not post links in reviews ] (I am not related or anything, just the newest happy user from today). Here's the only thing you need to know: If it doesn't pop up the various (configurable) share buttons upon text selection straight away, put body p in the field "css selector". You could also try just p I heard, but we needed body p to make the magic happen! This plugin is so good it should have 100,000 installs and 5 star reviews! And, it doesn't slow down the site, like some others. Fantastic plugin from nticaric! Also Thank you for clarifying the css selector.
