raintech357 GST Tax Rates for WooCommerce

Adds a “GST (India)” tab under WooCommerce > Settings where you set:

• Your GSTIN number (printed on order emails and the admin order screen)
• Your store’s state
• The GST slabs your catalogue uses (0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28%)

On save, the plugin automatically:

1. Creates a WooCommerce tax class per selected slab (e.g. “18%”).
2. Adds a CGST + SGST (or UTGST for Union Territories) row at half the
   slab rate for your own state, so intra-state orders split correctly.
3. Adds a single IGST row at the full slab rate with no state
   restriction, so it applies to every other Indian state automatically.

Assign each product’s tax class (Product Data > General > Tax class) to
the matching slab and WooCommerce takes care of the rest at checkout.

Existing rates are never duplicated — re-saving the settings is safe.

1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ or install the zip
   via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > GST (India) and fill in your details.
