From your WordPress dashboard:

  1. Go to Plugins Add New

  4. Go to Appearance Widgets
  5. Locate RB Post Views Widget in the widget list
  6. Add it to your sidebar or any widget area and Save

1. Do I need any additional plugins?

No. RB Post Views Widget works independently.

2. Does it work with custom post types?

Yes. It works with all registered post types.
