Description

Some times developer wants to show/remove/hide the featured images from single post or from all posts details page. Also some times developers want to hide from all the posts and only want to show specific post page. This plugin will fullfill there requirement.

For a manual installation via FTP:

  1. Extract the downloaded plugin and upload to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in your WordPress admin area

To upload the plugin through WordPress, instead of FTP:

  1. You can also download the plugin.
  2. Upload the downloaded zip file on the ‘Add New’ plugins screen (see the ‘Upload’ tab) in your WordPress admin area and activate.
  3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in your WordPress admin area

Installation Instructions

To remove featured image from single post or page

  1. Open the post/page in edit mode.
  2. Go to right side bar Remove Featured Image section, Select the option(YES/NO) and update.

To hide featured image on all single posts/Pages

  1. Go to ‘Remove Featured Image’ Section in left sidebar.
  2. Select the option(YES/NO) to remove featured image from all posts or pages.
  3. Click Save.

Doesn't work with Divi

Doesn't work with Divi, does nothing!

It hides all images in a post

It hides all images in a post and not only the feature image! I’ve a post with WooCommerce products widget and i got that all products displayed without image!

Can't get it to work

I used a whole lot of themes, but it doesn't remove any of the featured images. I'm afraid this plugin has depricated. 🙁

Only plugin of its kind to work for me, yes my theme is still a pain in the back-side...Forces me to deactivate, delete your amazing plugin while I make a new post. But once published I can re-install/activate, set to all post and POOF! Thank you for making my site SO much better with your MAGICAL plugin! 1 MILLION STARS!!!!

After looking for different ways of wrapping the text around the featured image in a post, I found this plugin. It hides the featured image from the posts, so you can then add a regular image and align it. It works perfectly! Thanks!
