Remove meta boxes per user role

Adds in user admin page the possibility to choose which categories, tags, and taxonomies they can access in admin pages.

1. Upload remove-meta-boxes-per-user-role directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
