Rich online odstúpenie od zmluvy adds a modern modal popup form that lets customers send a contract withdrawal request without leaving the current page.

The plugin helps store owners collect requests in one place, export them to CSV, verify WooCommerce orders when needed, and configure the form without coding.

WooCommerce verification

When order verification is enabled, the plugin can check whether:

  • the order number exists,
  • the submitted email matches the order email.

When strict verification is enabled, the form will not be submitted unless both values match a valid WooCommerce order.

GDPR

The plugin supports an optional consent checkbox with:

  • custom consent text,
  • custom link label,
  • selected WordPress privacy page,
  • custom privacy URL.

Use the placeholder below inside the consent text:

External services

Google reCAPTCHA

The plugin can optionally connect to Google reCAPTCHA to help protect the form against spam and bots.

What the service is used for:

  • Bot and spam protection for the public withdrawal form.

What data is sent and when:

  • When reCAPTCHA is enabled, the visitor’s browser loads Google reCAPTCHA resources from Google servers when the form is displayed.
  • Google may receive the visitor’s IP address, browser and device information, referrer, interaction data, and the reCAPTCHA token request needed to evaluate abuse risk.
  • When the form is submitted, the plugin sends the reCAPTCHA response token to Google for server-side verification.

  1. Upload the rich-odstupenie-od-zmluvy-pre-eshop folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
  3. Go to Settings -> Online odstúpenie od zmluvy.
  4. Configure the modal form, button labels, GDPR settings and optional WooCommerce verification.
  5. Insert a shortcode or use the #odstupenie-od-zmluvy hash link.
Is this a modal form or a separate page form?

The plugin opens the public form as a modal popup over the current page.

How do I open the modal from a menu, footer or Elementor link?

Use #odstupenie-od-zmluvy as the link URL. This works with normal links, menus and custom links in page builders.

Can the plugin verify WooCommerce orders?

Yes. It can optionally verify that the submitted order number exists and that the submitted email matches the order email.

Can it check the 14-day withdrawal period?

Yes. For verified WooCommerce orders, the plugin can optionally perform an approximate 14-day period check and either allow the request with an admin flag or block the submission.

Is the plugin translation-ready?

Yes. The plugin uses the text domain rich-odstupenie-od-zmluvy-pre-eshop and includes a POT file for translation tools such as Loco Translate.
