What is the difference between the free and pro versions?

How can I upgrade to the Pro version?

You can upgrade to the Pro version by purchasing a license from our website, then folowing the instructions provided in this article.

How do I allow users to RSVP?

This can be easily done by adding the [rsvp] shortcode to one of your pages.

Can users register to the event themselves?

Yes, with the help of the Open Registrations option.

Can I Prefill Attendee Information?

Yes, go to the page associated with the RSVP form and add to the query string the following parameters.

  • firstName – For the person’s first name
  • lastName – For the person’s last name
  • passcode – If passcode is enabled and/or required this will need to be added as well

Just what we need and excellent support

By generisit on November 4, 2025

I downloaded this because we needed an event registration form on our association's website. After a bit of tinkering with the CSS the form looks great and the functionalities are all there. When a feature didn't work as advertised support was extremely fast in fixing the issue and pushing out a new version.

Perfect for Wedding RSVP

By sarkenny95 on November 15, 2024

Really great option for a wedding RSVP. Especially if you need custom questions for specific guests, or for groups, e.g. one guest to RSVP for everyone in their family. There's also an option to import all of your guests details.
The UI is very basic, so it needed a lot of stylizing and customizing the CSS was a bit tricky to target all of the elements. I managed to make it look nice enough for my wedding website and very pleased with the results!

Wasting Time

No place to add an event. Could not find a place elsewhere either.

Simple and it works!

This is great. It's not busy with a bunch of features, it does one thing, but it does it well.

Odd plugin

By callummccormick on May 15, 2024

I'm not a reviewer (normally) but I wanted to add an event to gauge number of RSVPs. I just wanted to publish the URL.. However, there isn't one that I could find and adding an "event" as previous user explained seems not to exist.. Difficult. Uninstalled.

Literally could not figure out how to add an event

Here is a screen shot of the Events page. No place to add an event. Could not find a place elsewhere either. Get Buy PRO in your face at every turn. I found it unusable in the free form. Did not pay for the other.

Best Plugin Ever

Fantastic plugin!

Does it exactly what it says it will do.

Really great functionality. Perfect to add a list of invitees and then get them all to the URL to confirm their attendance for a party. So much easier, than back and forth with a ton of repetitive messages.

Thanks!

Perfect

All that I need for my daughter 15th birthday. Thanks.

Excellent, Straightforward plugin

By djaychela on March 25, 2023

For the most part, this plugin worked really well - easy to set up if following the instructions, and allowed the quick creation of RSVPs for our wedding. There are a couple of places where it could benefit from being more configurable (in terms of the boilerplate text being configurable, and the default styling needing some tweaking), but it's very good overall.
