Rusa Payment Verification for WooCommerce
Rusa Payment Verification for WooCommerce
Description
Rusa Payment Verification for WooCommerce extends WooCommerce’s built-in Bank Transfer (BACS) payment method with a structured payment-verification workflow.
Instead of managing payment receipts and transaction references across WhatsApp, email, and other channels, customers can submit their payment proof directly through their WooCommerce order.
Rusa Payment Verification for WooCommerce includes:
- Customer payment-proof upload with transaction reference
- Dedicated “Awaiting Payment Proof” and “Payment In Review” order statuses
- A centralized Payment Verification queue for administrators
- Secure access to uploaded payment receipts
- Approve or reject payment submissions directly from the verification queue
- Automatic order status updates after verification
- Customer notifications when payments are approved or rejected
- Unlimited payment verifications
- Support for WooCommerce’s native Bank Transfer (BACS) payment method
- Compatibility with classic and block-based WooCommerce checkout
The plugin works with WooCommerce’s existing Bank Transfer gateway rather than replacing it, so your existing BACS settings and bank details remain managed by WooCommerce.
