SchemaGenius AI – WordPress Schema Plugin, Structured Data, Rich Snippets & WooCommerce
SchemaGenius AI – WordPress Schema Plugin, Structured Data, Rich Snippets & WooCommerce
Description
If you want Google rich snippets (star ratings, prices, availability, and FAQs) to show up in search results, you need clean JSON-LD structured data on your site.
SchemaGenius AI is a fast, reliable WordPress schema plugin that makes it easy to add Schema.org structured data to any post, page, or WooCommerce product—without touching theme code or paying for expensive premium plugins.
It combines three practical tools into one lightweight plugin:
1. Automated WooCommerce Product Schema: Reads your product catalog (simple and variable products) and generates Google Merchant Center structured data with prices, stock status, ratings, reviews, and variation details. 0 AI tokens needed.
2. Gemini AI Schema Generator: If you write blog posts, recipes, guides, or news articles, you can click “Generate with AI” to let Google Gemini 1.5 Flash or Gemini 2.0 Flash analyze your content and build valid Schema.org JSON-LD for you.
3. SEO-Friendly Schema Editor & Auto-Fix: Paste schema directly from your SEO agency docs (even if they included <script> tags). The built-in auto-fix cleans syntax errors, trailing commas, and formats everything into a clean Schema.org @graph.
You also get a live Google Search Snippet (SERP) Card Preview right inside the editor, so you can see how your title, breadcrumb, star ratings, and prices will look in Google before you publish.
Why Use SchemaGenius AI?
- No Monthly Subscriptions: Core features like WooCommerce Merchant schema, starter templates, manual editing, and SERP preview are completely free. If you use AI generation, it connects to Google’s free Gemini API tier with your own API key.
- WooCommerce Variable Product Support: Most free schema plugins break on variable products or only show one price. SchemaGenius AI builds valid
AggregateOfferschema showing your low price, high price, number of offers, and each variation SKU. - Per-Product Editable Overrides: Keep products in automatic sync with your WooCommerce catalog, or click “Customize” on any single product to tweak fields manually. You can revert back to automatic sync with one click.
- Live Google Search Snippet (SERP) Card Preview: See how your stars, review counts, in-stock badges, and price ranges render before saving.
- Built-in Auto-Fix Engine: Catches missing
@context, upgrades oldhttp://schema URLs tohttps://, and removes accidental trailing commas that break JSON. - Copy-Paste Cleaner: Got schema from an SEO audit or Google Docs with
<script>tags? Just paste it. SchemaGenius AI strips the HTML tags and merges multiple blocks into a single@graph. - Zero Frontend Bloat: Schemas are cached with WordPress transients and output as pure JSON-LD in the page
<head>. There are no frontend JavaScript files or tracking scripts loaded on your visitors’ browsers. - Built to WordPress & 10up Standards: Clean object-oriented PHP, sanitized inputs, escaped outputs, safe database migrations, and zero data loss on updates.
Three Ways to Add Schema
1. Automated WooCommerce & Google Merchant Center Schema
- Variable Products: Outputs Google-compliant
AggregateOfferwithlowPrice, highPrice, offerCount, and nested offers for each variation with its SKU, price, stock status, andpriceValidUntil. - Simple Products: Full product markup with pricing, stock status, brand, SKU, and GTIN/MPN when available.
- Reviews & AggregateRating: Automatically pulls verified WooCommerce customer reviews and star ratings into structured data.
- Product FAQs: Detects FAQ sections in product descriptions and nests a valid
FAQPageschema. - Custom Overrides: Edit schema on any specific product or keep it automated across your entire catalog.
2. AI-Powered Schema Generation (Gemini 1.5 Flash & Gemini 2.0 Flash)
- Pick your schema type (
Article,BlogPosting,Product,Recipe,FAQPage,HowTo,Event,LocalBusiness, etc.) or click Auto-Detect. - Click Generate with AI – Gemini analyzes your content and builds valid JSON-LD.
- Uses Google’s native JSON mode (
responseMimeType: "application/json") so the output is always clean, parseable JSON without markdown text.
3. Starter Templates & SEO Paste
- 1-click starter templates for Article, FAQ, Product, and Recipe.
- Paste JSON from Google Rich Results Test, Schema.org, or SEO tools.
- Automatically strips
<script>tags and merges multiple JSON objects into@graph.

Yes. The WooCommerce schema generator, manual editor, starter templates, SERP preview, and auto-fix tools are 100% free and work offline. If you want to use the AI generator, it connects to Google’s Gemini API, which has a generous free tier available directly from Google AI Studio.
No. You only need a Google Gemini API key if you want to click “Generate with AI”. All WooCommerce features, manual editing, starter templates, and preview features work without any API key.
Go to Google AI Studio, sign in with your Google account, click “Create API key”, and paste it into SchemaGenius AI > Settings. It takes about 30 seconds to set up.
When WooCommerce is active and enabled in plugin settings, SchemaGenius AI automatically injects structured data into your product pages. For variable products, it calculates the lowest and highest price, counts available variations, and outputs an AggregateOffer so Google search results show the accurate price range and in-stock badges.
Yes. On any product edit page, look for the SchemaGenius AI box below the editor. Click “Customize / Edit for this Product” to load the generated markup into the editor and change anything you want. If you ever want to revert back to the automatic catalog data, just click “Revert to Dynamic Default”.
Yes. Just paste the whole snippet into the editor. SchemaGenius AI will strip out the <script> tags and any markdown formatting automatically. If there are multiple schema blocks in the paste, it merges them into a clean Schema.org @graph.
Auto-Fix checks your JSON for common issues: it makes sure @context: “https://schema.org” is present, upgrades old http:// schema links to https://, fixes trailing commas that cause JSON parse errors, and formats the indentation nicely.
You have three options:
1. Select the “FAQPage” starter template and fill in your questions and answers.
2. Click “Generate with AI” on a post that has questions and answers—it will extract them automatically.
3. If you have FAQs in your WooCommerce product descriptions, the plugin can automatically detect them and include them in the product schema.
SchemaGenius AI gives you a lightweight, straightforward alternative without paywalls. You get full variable product AggregateOffer support, Gemini 1.5/2.0 AI generation, live SERP preview, and paste cleanup without paying annual license fees or loading extra frontend scripts.
Yes. SchemaGenius AI works fine alongside other SEO plugins. If your current SEO plugin doesn’t support specific schemas (such as WooCommerce variable product price ranges, custom JSON-LD, or AI generation), you can let SchemaGenius AI handle those without any conflict.
No. SchemaGenius AI does not load any CSS or JavaScript on your public pages. Generated schemas are cached using WordPress transients, so your server outputs the JSON-LD instantly without extra database queries. The cache refreshes automatically whenever you update a post or change product prices/inventory.
