This is exactly what I was looking for, and it works great with custom post types as well as in Gutenberg editor.

Unfortunately, the quick edit function has been overlooked!

I've been searching for hours. It's beyond my expectations. Just awesome. Works perfect everywhere, CPT also. And you can choose the display differently for the same taxonomy depending on the CPT. I love you, you rock!

Super simple and effective plugin. I only wish we could be able to create new categories or tags from inside the block while creating a new post/page. That would make me give 5 stars for sure.

I used it years ago and it was well done. But for now it seems to stoped working with newer wordpress versions (with classic editor plugin): - Wrong Term in Radio list is selected on Editpage Loading, saves the wrong term on update. - Button [+ Add Term] adds an uneditable id number maybe in this area there had been changes to the wordpress API that should be updated here.

Thanks Moove for this handy plugin. Haven't used it long but it helps with clients who are having trouble with Categories / Custom Taxomies. This helps with the confusion. If you're a developer, this is a handy little tool to install before handing off a website to a client.

Great but could be better

Great plugin, my only suggestion/request is for you to allow the radio button functionality to carry over to the Quick Edit option on the post listing. They still show as checkboxes when the post edit page shows radio buttons.
