Installation
- Install using the WordPress built-in Plugin installer, or Extract the zip file and drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation.

Not at all. Send works seamlessly on any WordPress website, whether or not it’s built with Elementor. And when it comes to forms, it integrates effortlessly with Elementor Forms as well as other popular builders like WooCommerce, WPForms, and Contact Form 7 — with support for more coming soon.

Yes! With Send’s Custom Domain, you can send emails from your own domain (e.g., @yourbrand.com) instead of Send’s default domain. This simple setup helps you build trust, improve inbox placement, and increase engagement. You can set your own domain using your DNS credentials to increase email credibility and performance.
No, you don’t need to use any SMTP service to make your emails get to your clients’ inbox. Send handles delivery without a need to use SMTP.
Like everything in Send, we kept things simple – Pay as you go. You only pay for the credits you used either for SMS or Email, regardless of the size of your contact list uploaded to Send. Credits are valid for the month they are purchased and do not roll over to the following month. You can modify the number of credits needed on a monthly basis. In the future we will suggest upgrade options.

So much potential, but needs to come far

Send makes it super easy to get started, but that's where it stops. We tried connecting to woocommerce, it failed on connecting, then the beautiful Woocommerce templates disappeared and left me with a different GUI for workflows.
The 'dynamic' lists are 'coming soon'. So users must be populated manually. I can't set my branded email on any workflows (coming soon?). A lot of things would break and I had to build it twice.
Most of the features are listed as coming soon, but some areas on their support website show documentation of it existing, i.e. SMS, etc. You can't edit a workflow after launching it. You can't discard it either. These are coming soon.
For a production site, this is too early. But I'd say it'll be one heck of a mailchimp killer down the road.

Really like how easy it is to connect to Woo. They fulfill the promise of connecting it with just one click. I was able to launch flows like abandoned carts in less than a minute.
When it comes to broadcasting campaigns, I was missing the option to control the specific hour per time zone — hopefully that will be added soon.
Overall, this gives strong competition to other solutions out there, especially the ones that claim to work seamlessly with Woo.

The setup process is incredibly straightforward; it's so user-friendly that even my puppy could manage it! However, if you have a dog, I wouldn’t recommend letting them set up new plugins—they might get distracted!
