The plugin is simple to install:

1. Download seo-redirection.zip
2. Unzip the file
3. Upload the seo-redirection directory to your /wp-content/plugins directory
4. Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins and activate SEO Redirection
5. Configure the plugin from Settings → SEO Redirection
