1. Upload the entire shift-short-wp-admin-theme folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

You will not find any new page, just the visual itself will be changed.

How can I disable the visual?

Just disable the plugin and everything will become standard.
