In the WordPress admin, navigate to Events, then click the Add New button.
Find the event you wish to edit, then click the pencil icon. Make any changes you need to make then click Save.
If you want to save your work, but you’re not yet ready to show your event to the world, just click the eye icon on your event. You’ll see the eye icon change and the event will fade a bit to indicate that it’s a draft.
Find the event you wish to delete, then click the x icon. You’ll be prompted with a confirmation box to ensure you don’t accidentally delete any events.
You can use the [simple_event_listing] shortcode, or you may use the Simple Event Listing widget.
Inside the plugin directory, find the templates folder and copy event-listing.php to your theme/child theme. Customize the template in your theme. Do not edit the event-listing.php file in the plugin folder as it will be overwritten when you update the plugin and your customizations will be lost.
