Simple Header Info

This lightweight plugin displays a customizable top bar above the site header. You can use it to show announcements, promotions, or any short message.

1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
2. Activate the plugin from the WordPress admin panel
3. The top bar will appear automatically above the header
