Simple Open Graph adds Open Graph meta data to the header. It’s simple. Activate it and forget about it.

1. Upload simple-open-graph.2.3.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory and unzip
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Relax
