This plugin makes it possible to skip post from appearing in rss feed.

  1. Upload ‘skip-rss to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

Still Works In WordPress 4.8!
