Useful but Switches Admin and Public View

This is not an admin only theme view. It is simply a quick option for switching themes and impacts both admin view and public view. This is not ideal for admins to switch quickly during development or testing on a live site. It is Useful but the 'features' would suggest it is Admin only impact.
