Description

SMNTCS Theme Toggle adds a Themes menu to the admin bar that lists every installed theme. Click a theme to activate it, and you stay on the page you were on, in the admin area or on the front end. The active theme is highlighted.

Only administrators see the menu. It is handy for theme developers and for anyone who compares themes often.

Installation

Upload the smntcs-theme-toggle folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
The theme switcher will appear in the admin bar for users with appropriate permissions

Who can use the theme switcher?

Only users with administrator privileges can access and use the theme switcher.

Will switching themes affect my site’s content?

No, switching themes only changes the appearance of your site. All content, settings, and configurations remain unchanged.

Useful but Switches Admin and Public View

This is not an admin only theme view. It is simply a quick option for switching themes and impacts both admin view and public view. This is not ideal for admins to switch quickly during development or testing on a live site. It is Useful but the 'features' would suggest it is Admin only impact.
