This plugin is really simple without options.
Upload to the plugin directory and activate so that snow crystals fall in your site.

1. Upload “snowy” to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
3. That’s all!
