SoloAutomation | Solofor
Description
SoloAutomation is a free WordPress toolkit by Solofor Teknoloji for SEO, media optimization, WordPress performance and WooCommerce operations.
Local tools work without a Solofor account. Every module is opt-in and disabled on installation. Store owners who choose to connect a Solofor account can also use supported e-invoice, order/refund transfer and SoloPrompt content workflows according to their account permissions and balance.
Core features
- SEO title, meta description, search preview, social image and structured-data controls for posts, pages and products.
- Conflict detection for existing SEO and cache plugins, plus WordPress sitemap compatibility.
- Compatibility-aware asset, image, font and WordPress performance controls that preserve cart, checkout and account pages.
- Recommended, Balanced and Ultra performance presets while preserving manual exclusions.
- Original-preserving image optimization, optional WebP copies, background batches and one-click restore.
- Optional WooCommerce product videos without forced autoplay.
- Maintenance mode, quote-request mode, HTTPS guidance and WordPress mail/SMTP settings.
- Read-only WooCommerce sales reporting, with optional Solofor order/refund transfer and e-document status tracking.
- Review-gated SoloPrompt product copy and article drafts. Generated content is not published automatically.
SEO compatibility
SoloPrompt can apply reviewed content to supported Rank Math, SEOPress and The SEO Framework fields. AIOSEO and unsupported fields remain available through copy workflows. SoloAutomation does not output competing metadata while another supported SEO plugin is active.
Languages
The plugin interface currently includes English and Turkish source strings. The WordPress.org package uses the soloautomation-solofor text domain; translations are distributed through translate.wordpress.org after directory approval.
External services
The free local SEO, cache and media modules do not require a Solofor account and do not contact Solofor merely because the plugin is activated.
If an administrator explicitly creates and configures a Solofor connection, the plugin communicates with the configured Solofor/SoloAdmin API endpoint operated by Solofor Teknoloji A.S. to provide the selected account-backed features. New installations use https://soloforadmin.solofor.com/; the connector also accepts a Solofor-owned HTTPS subdomain selected by the administrator. Depending on the enabled workflow, this may include:
- Connector health requests containing a client identifier, timestamp, nonce and HMAC signature.
- WooCommerce order/refund summaries and customer-supplied invoice fields required for the selected e-document workflow.
- Bounded callback, queue and document-readiness metadata.
- Reviewed SoloPrompt request data for product SEO, descriptions, taxonomy content or article drafts.
- Bounded diagnostics submitted only when an administrator chooses to open a support request.
The plugin does not send data directly to OpenAI, does not store OpenAI or e-invoice provider credentials in WordPress, and does not store raw UBL, PDF/XML or provider response bodies. Disconnecting the plugin stops new connector traffic.
When an editor explicitly starts the optional SEO research action for a post, page or product, the plugin sends the entered keyword and selected language code to Google Search at https://www.google.com/search. It requests up to five public result links so the editor can compare headings and coverage. This request is not made on activation, normal page views or automatic schedules. The plugin does not send WordPress account credentials or unpublished article text to Google Search.

Faq
Yes. Local SEO, media tools, performance controls, HTTPS guidance and store modes are free. Optional Solofor AI, e-invoice credits and other account-backed services depend on your Solofor permissions and balance.
No. WooCommerce is required only for store-specific features such as products, orders, invoice connections and product video.
No. Modules and live-library operations require an administrator action. Image jobs preserve verified originals and provide explicit restoration. Existing browser or CDN caches may still need refreshing.
No. The WordPress.org package does not capture or store complete page HTML. It detects common cache plugins and leaves their configuration intact while applying only the local performance options you explicitly enable.
An audited migration path is available for the documented Yoast SEO Free version. Original fields remain intact, existing SoloAutomation values are preserved, and unsupported meaningful settings stop automatic takeover. No full Yoast Premium, redirect or custom-schema parity is claimed.
No. Provider credentials, AI wallet policies, invoice artifacts and billing rules stay in SoloAdmin. WordPress stores only the connection data required by the documented signed connector contract.
No. Product, taxonomy and article results remain review-gated. Article creation produces a WordPress draft.
No. Supported document downloads are proxied through SoloAdmin. WordPress keeps bounded status metadata, not UBL, PDF/XML bodies or raw provider responses.
