My experience with Spocket has been nothing short of a nightmare. After canceling my plan and removing my credit card, they still charged me! This is outright robbery. My account shows no active plan, and there's no invoice to justify the charge. To make matters worse, their support team was completely useless, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The store setup never worked, and they ignored my support tickets. This service is a scam—stay far away!
A borderline Scam

I recently signed up for Spocket, only to find out that I was being charged multiple subscription fees. Upon contacting their customer support team, I was extremely disappointed with their lack of willingness to resolve the issue and provide a refund. The team was unhelpful and uncooperative, providing vague and unsatisfactory responses to my concerns.
I attempted to cancel my "free" trial period on the last day of the trial, but I was already charged the $49 fee. I contacted support which claim they have "escalated" the issue and will get back with me 48-72 hours later. After 72 hours no update either directly or via Paypal dispute. To my shock, Spocket changed me another $49 and claims I have now created a second account and that trial has expired. I have now paid Spocket a total of $98 for absolutely nothing. I am now having to cancel my card and update all other services just to avoid spocket changing by account at their leisure. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Fair treatment to their customers is not a something this organization cares about.
