Installation

Follow the below steps to install the plugin.

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/stampedio-product-reviews directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’
screen in WordPress
Go to WooCommerce Settings Stamped and fill the settings ( you can get the API keys by signing up for a free account at https://stamped.io/)

Loyalty programme is not working - Stay away

After the company got sold to WeCommerce, it has became a nightmare to use. In Q2 2023, the company promised the release of a Loyalty 2.0 version, which should have launched at the end of June 2023. At this date, end of January 2024, the app is still not out and the current loyalty system buggy in all aspects (customers not collecting point on purchases, vouchers not being created in Woocommerce). If you have not yet made the bad decision of using it, stay away.

Destroys Core Web Vitals

The review system is great. However the product review summary at the top of the product page causes significant content layout shift that fails Google Core Web Vitals. The "support" team has zero interest in fixing this and given that the plugin hasn't been compatible with the latest version of WordPress for over a year this company clearly has zero interest in supporting its WordPress users.

Great review system but poor loyalty

The review system works well, and we have soon good results in the conversion rate of review requests. have currently been using stamped for around a year. The main reason for us to start using stamped is the loyalty and rewards program. The loyalty and rewards program is severely lacking basic essential features, is very buggy, and has a slow front-end interface. Will not recommend it for loyalty.

This plugin IS the plugin you need if you want to add a loyalty program to your site ! Really versatile, you can change every line of text, the color, you can add multiple reward etc. And the widget integration is beautiful!!

This is by far the best-value UGC solution for WooCommerce stores. The feature-set is comprehensive. The support is great. The number of use cases for both acquisition and loyalty covered through their platform is phenomenal. I've used other solutions before which did very little for what they charge.

Not Ready, Big Regret!

Great guys, but unfortunately the app is just not ready and the features keep breaking down every week. Looks elsewhere! I have had hundreds of emails and numerous calls with the team to keep resolving and fixing the issues. the price of the app is slightly cheaper than competitors such as Yotpo however It is a money pit. Over the last 8 months, we have paid nearly 800 dollars per month to Stamped. Plus the developers cost of around 10k to make this work, plus my cost of liaising with them for hours and hours and now the customer support cost of answering to queries that the features dont work. It is huge regret and I would not recommend this app to anyone as it stands.
