Installation

Upload stax-payments to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

Or simply go to ‘Plugins’ > ‘Add New’ in the WordPress admin and search for “Stax Payments” and install/activate it from there.
