Installation

Upload the subsurf-apk-info-cards folder to /wp-content/plugins/
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
Use the [subsapin_card] shortcode in any post or page
Go to Settings > Subsurf APK Info Cards to see all parameters and toggle the credit link

Does this work with any theme?

Yes, the plugin is fully self-contained with its own styles and works with any WordPress theme.
