Add tags in head of page as meta’s keywords → < meta name=”keywords” content=”post’s tags” >

1. Upload tags-to-meta-keywords folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Customize keywords for main page → Settings→”Tags To Keywords”
