This plugin relies on the TakBull API, a third-party external service, to automatically generate invoices for WooCommerce orders.

What is TakBull and what is it used for?

TakBull is an invoicing service provided by TakBull (https://takbull.co.il). This plugin connects to the TakBull API (https://api.takbull.co.il/) to automatically create invoices, receipts, tax invoices, and donation receipts when WooCommerce orders are completed or processed.

What data is sent and when?

When a WooCommerce order is completed or processed, the following data is automatically sent to the TakBull API:

• Customer Information: Customer name, email address, phone number, billing address (address line 1 & 2, city, country, postal code)
• Order Information: Order ID, order total, currency, payment method, transaction/reference ID, order date
• Product Details: Product SKU, product name/description, price, quantity, tax amount, discount amount, tax status
• Shipping Information: Shipping cost, shipping tax, shipping postal code
• Additional Settings: Document type, language locale, invoice delivery preferences (email/SMS)

This data transmission occurs automatically when:
– A WooCommerce order status changes to “completed” or “processing”
– The order total is greater than zero
– The order does not already have a TakBull invoice generated
