Tarkop Rechnungsmanager für Handwerker helps German tradespeople and freelancers create and manage invoices in the WordPress administration area.
The plugin stores invoice and company data in the site’s own WordPress database. It does not transmit invoice data to an external service.

Installation
- Upload the
tarkop-rechnungsmanager-handwerkerfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install the ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. - Activate the plugin.
- Open Settings > Rechnung and enter the default sender details.
- Open Rechnungen > Neue Rechnung to create an invoice.
- Add customer data and line items, publish the invoice, and use the PDF button to open the printable view.

No. It provides fields and calculations useful for German invoices, but it does not replace advice from a tax adviser or lawyer. The site owner is responsible for invoice content, numbering, storage, and all applicable requirements.
Line items can use 19%, 7%, or 0% VAT. The small-business setting suppresses VAT calculation and adds the corresponding invoice treatment for § 19 UStG.
Invoice data, sender profiles, and recent customer details are stored locally in the WordPress database. The plugin does not send this data to an external server.
Yes. You can create, edit, and delete as many additional sender profiles as needed.
The plugin opens a print-optimized invoice page. Choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print dialog.
