How do I upgrade to Pro?

Can I customize the chat widget appearance?

Yes! You can customize:

How does lead capture work?

Visitors can click the “Transfer to Agent” button to request human assistance. You’ll receive an email notification with conversation history. Agents can then respond via the Live Chat dashboard.
