How to use it

  1. Install the plugin.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. Navigate to ONE CLICK Backups in the WordPress admin menu.
  4. Click Take Backup.
  5. Wait for the process to finish and then download the generated backup from the list.
  6. Remove older backups from the same screen if they are no longer needed.
  7. Backups are stored in wp-content/uploads/one-click-complete-backups.
  8. Make sure your server has enough free space for the generated archive.

How do I make a backup?

Navigate to ONE CLICK Backups in the admin area and click Take Backup.

Does it include the database?

Yes. The plugin includes a database export in the generated backup process.

Where are backup files stored?

Backup files are stored on your server in wp-content/uploads/one-click-complete-backups.

Does the plugin author have access to my backups?

No.

My site is large. Will backup creation take time?

Yes. Larger sites and databases will need more time and more free disk space.
