- Find our Top Bar plugin by WP Darko and click Install now
- Alternatively, download the plugin and upload the contents of top-bar.zip to your plugins directory, which usually is /wp-content/plugins/
- Activate the plugin

Very, very limited

You can't change the color of the text, it's always white. And apparently you can't change it with code either.
Doesn't work well / difficult uninstallation

Doesn't work well with Salient theme. When uninstalling, the plugin would not uninstall cleanly. It was giving a critical error message. I uninstalled it through cPanel. I have used it several times in the past with no problems. Maybe it needs an update?
