Installation
Minimum Requirements
- WordPress 5.0.0 or greater
- PHP version 7.3 or greater
- MySQL version 5.6 or greater
Automatic installation
Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself and you don’t even need to leave your web browser.
- Go to your WordPress Plugin installation menu (Dashboard > Plugins > Add New)
- In the search field type PostX and press enter.
- “Install Now” and then click “Active”
Manual installation
For Manual installation, you download our product from WordPress directory uploading it to your web-server via your FTP or CPanel application.
- Download the plugin and unzip it
- Using an FTP program or CPanel upload the unzipped plugin folder to your WordPress installation’s wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu (Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins) within the WordPress admin.
Upgrading
Automatic update working great for this plugin. If you customize the plugin make sure to store a backup before update.
Sometimes because of the permalink issue during the plugin update, just go to WordPress > Settings > Permalinks and hit the ‘Save’ button.

Managed to fix the issue. Thank you Graham Nox from WordPress For Non-Techies fb group that had the same issue with one of his clients sites. He dropped my php version and now my issue is resolved.Thank you owadud @ wpxpo for reaching out from your side too.As I previously mentioned. I love this plugin so much that I bought the lifetime license. The blocks are fantastic and some of the best blogging plugin out there. I’m a writer and lyricist and this is great to showcase my stories and music but I wanted to change my theme as I’ve been using it for a few years and thought to give their themes a go.If you’re planning on using their theme, check your php version.

Don't activate their themes! You can't get rid of it and it keeps overriding your active theme.
Only way to get rid of it is to uninstall the plugin.
A plugin that I bought a lifetime license for now can't be used! Because everytime I activate the plugin, it overrides my active theme.
Deleting the templates don't work, it's still freakin there. Clearing the cache don't work either, it's still freakin there.
Contacting their support, the cs ramble on about typography and didn't even read what my issue was. I had to start again.
This is a very invasive plugin.
I love the blocks but the themes are horrible to use and there's no way to "reset" it.
I now sit with a plugin that I paid $149 for that I can't use. Cause everytime I activate it, that stupid theme overides my stuff.

The best site builder/block plugin I have ever used, period. The learning curve is almost non-existent because it uses the native WordPress interface, making page building instantly understandable. A quick initial run-through is all it takes to get the hang of it. Not only is the product top-tier, but the documentation and customer support are absolutely brilliant. I was so impressed that I made the unusual move to upgrade to the Pro tier—it's that good!

It's my favourite blocks' plugin, with a great amount of blocks available with lots of options.
I've had to contact the support team twice, and each time the team has been reactive and very efficient:
- the first time, they identified a problem with my database that crashed the Postx' plugin
- the second time, I identified a bug after an upgrade and a few hours later, a fix was published.

I've been using PostX with Kadence theme for a few months now and it's honestly been a game changer. The Starter Sites feature let me build a complete news website in under an hour - I just picked a template, customized it a bit, and went live. Would have taken me days to build that from scratch. The drag-and-drop blocks are super easy to use, and I love how I can display posts in different layouts like grids, sliders, and carousels without any coding.
The Ajax search and pagination make my site feel really modern and professional. Plus, the query builder is awesome - I can easily show posts by category, display popular posts, or add related articles at the end of each post. Everything just works smoothly with Kadence theme, no conflicts or weird issues at all.
