  1. Upload the entire folder nubirdz_chat to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Use the Chat Config screen to configure the plugin

To configure your plugin:

  1. Signup for a chat account. (Direct links included within the plugin for easy access. 10% off coupon provided for all paid accounts within the plugin)
  2. Obtain your “Unique Key” that is provided both in the client page as well as in your chat dashboard. (Instructions to obtain this key can be found in the plugin in the “Chat Config -> Chat Help” screen)
  3. Ensure your domain is input into the Trusted Domains field in your Chat Dashboard otherwise chat will NOT work.(Settings -> Embed Code)
  4. Insert Unique Key into the “Unique key” field on “Chat Config” screen and ensure the “Enabled” check box is ticked.
  5. Your chat is now live throughout the site.

Nope, use your free account for as long as you would like.

How long does it take to get chat working on my site?

Normally, someone can go from 0 to completely set up within 5-10 minutes. This includes installing this plugin, signing up for your free or paid account and getting chat online on your site. We do not include additional customization in this time estimate because it is not required to have a fully functional chat widget on your site.
