Very Misleading Repo Plugin for Download!

Too bad this company doesn't present the fact that you are downloading a plugin that you have to register for a 'free trial' that expires. I kind of think that the plugin doesn't belong in the repo right now because they don't actually have a free version that I can find. I understand 'upselling' a plugin based on features but to be allowed to hawk a free trial for a pricey monthly price in the WordPress repo is ridiculous. Thanks but no thanks. Shady business practices....

It's great to see it in the repository. I've been using the Pro version since early 2019 and I've had nothing but great experiences with Userback and the Userback support team. They were quick to respond and were able to clarify several things for me. The ability to add client roles has expanded my use for it. Getting feedback from the end-user through Userback has been extremely helpful as well. I will say that development for the Userback plugin hasn't been very active. But then again, I haven't had any issues with incompatibility, performance issues, or any particular bugs. Great plugin!
