The accessibility plugin is working great, there is an option to manage the settings from the userway dashboard, change the colors and the size of the widget and more.
There is an area on the dashboard where ALT texts can be added for the images, and the plugin knows how to solve almost all of the accessibility issues.

My go-to Accessibility Plugin

I've been using the Userway widget for some time now and although I've only opted for their free plugin it's always been reliable and is frequently updated. Now that my client base is growing I'm considering opting for their paid options just to take advantage of their premium features.
I had an issue today where one of my websites wasn't being recognized on the Userway dashboard. I clicked on their support chat feature and in less than 5 minutes I received help from one of their support agents named David. He was courteous and resolved my error quickly.
