1. Upload the plugin to /wp-content/plugins/ or install it directly from the WordPress Plugin Directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
3. Go to Tools → Viable True Email Sender.
4. Enter your desired sender name and email address.
5. Click Save Changes.
