This plugin is licensed under the GPL v2 or later.

  1. Upload the vw-arts-gallery folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Go to VW Arts Gallery > Settings to configure the plugin
  4. Start adding your artwork through VW Arts Gallery > Add New Artwork

How do I display the gallery?

You can display the gallery in several ways:

  1. Shortcode: Use [vw-arts-gallery] in any post or page
  2. Elementor: Use the VW Arts Gallery widget in Elementor
  3. PHP Code: Use echo do_shortcode('[vw-arts-gallery]'); in your theme

What shortcode parameters are available?

  • layout – Gallery layout (grid/masonry)
  • columns – Number of columns (1-6)
  • limit – Number of items to display
  • category – Filter by category slug
  • show_title – Show/hide titles (yes/no)
  • show_description – Show/hide descriptions (yes/no)
  • image_size – Image size for thumbnails
  • gap – Gap between items in pixels

How does the “View in Room” feature work?

  1. When editing an artwork, you can upload a custom room background image
  2. The artwork will be displayed over this background on the single artwork page
  3. Visitors can zoom and pan the artwork to see details
  4. You can adjust the artwork position (left, center, right) in the room

Can I use my own room backgrounds?

Yes! You can:
