WooCommerce notification emails only get sent to the customer and admin email. Sometimes you need more than that. This plugin allows you to set up to five additional email addresses that can be used as additional email recipients for WooCommerce notification emails. You can select which email you want to have multiple recipients via the settings.

This plugin support WooCommerce, WooCommerce Bookings and WooCommerce Subscriptions.

The duplicated mails sent by this plugin will not show up in an email logger as a stand alone entry as they are sent using “BCC”. The BCC emails will however be visible in the email header.

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Use the Settings->WC Multiple Email Recipients screen to configure the plugin

How do the emails get sent?

The duplicated mails sent by this plugin are sent using “BCC”. Thus they will not show up in an email logger.

Had to install SMTP plugin for this to work

Emails were being blocked as spam, I guess. Installed Easy WP SMTP to send email via a specified SMTP host and emails were then able to go through. Glad it worked as it's a good plugin that handles a "hole" in WooCommerce emailing, IMO.

Thank you for your very useful plugin. All working with WordPress 5.0.2, Woocommerce 3.5.3 in Jan 2019. Might be nice to update the "hasn't been tested in last 2 years" as gives the impression it might not work and it does.

Great plugin! Very useful for adding extra emails without having to put them into the functions. A suggestion, sometimes it's needed to send an email to only one person for one email type... for instance, we need to send refunded orders to the accountant, as it stands we can only add him to all the emails. Maybe a field that allows for adding emails to specific mail templates would be good.

Great for shops that need to notify more than just the admin!

This is a great little plugin to allow a store owner to notify more than just the admin for standard store triggers (new order, completed order, etc). Does exactly what it says it will and looking forward to more features in the future!

This plugin provides a basic and reliable function. It proves very handy for site owners with a few different departments like a shipping department and billing department. The plugin is extremely well supported and does exactly what it intends to do. I could not ask for more and I have been very pleased since I started to use it. One of the core plugins I now use with woocommerce on a daily bases.
