This is Weather Forecast widget plugin, You can add widget by installing this plugin.
After Installing this plugin go to Appearence>>Widget and add widget to your sidebar.

Download Weather Forecast plugin and follow these setps.

  1. Upload weather-forecast to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Add Weather Forecast widget to your sidebar.

ZERO customization?

Yeah...you can add this into your widget area, but all you can do is give the city where you want the weather forecast to be shown. There's no choice between Celsius and Fahrenheit, and the forecast is 10 days long...which takes up a lot of room in the widget area. If you want people to use this, some customization is in order.
