PDF Invoice Builder for WooCommerce

Build invoices, proformas, credit notes and packing slips for WooCommerce, design them visually in the block editor, and render them to PDF. Assign templates with rules, generate documents automatically, and search and manage every document from one place.

• Document types: invoice, proforma, credit note (per refund), packing slip — extendable with wbinv_document_types.
• Gutenberg templates: design documents with 17 invoice blocks (company info, title, details, addresses, line items, totals, stamp, payment info, terms, shipping details, signature, order field, page header/footer, page break) plus core paragraph/heading/columns/image/table/spacer/separator. Merge tags like {invoice_number}, {order_meta:_po_number}, {invoice_date:d/m/Y} work in any text.
• PDF: Dompdf (bundled), A4/A5/Letter/Legal, portrait/landscape, per-template font/accent/margins, page numbers, watermark, custom TTF fonts, currency symbol override.
• Rules: 22 condition types (status, payment/shipping method, country, role, guest, total, item count, products, categories, tags, product type, coupons, email, company, VAT, created via, order meta, previous orders, weekday) → template per type, auto-generate triggers, due days, skip. AND/OR matching, priority, stop.
• Automation: generate on order status change / checkout / refund / payment complete; attach to any WooCommerce email; mark paid & void automatically.
• Manual invoices without an order, partial invoices (subset of items), multiple documents per order, duplicates.
• Search: one index over number, order, customer, email, phone, VAT, address, company, country, city, products, SKUs, coupons, payment method, transaction ID. Filters by type, status, overdue, template, date range, amount range. Sortable columns. Views per type. Dashboard widget search. My Account search.
• Bulk: zip download, regenerate, email, mark paid/sent, void, CSV export — from documents list or from the orders list. Tools page bulk-generates for past orders in batches.
• Customers: My Account “Invoices” tab with search, download buttons on order view, [webangon_invoices] shortcode, secret-link downloads, optional guest access.
• Reports: monthly count/total per type, outstanding, overdue list, top customers.
• WP-CLI: wp wbinv generate|bulk|list|regenerate|explain|templates.
• HPOS compatible.

1. Upload the webangon-invoices-for-woocommerce folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install it from Plugins → Add New, then activate. WooCommerce must be active.
2. Open Invoices → Settings and fill in your Company details. Choose a default template and set your PDF options.
3. Design a document under Invoices → Templates, using the block editor.
4. Create a document from any order in the Invoices & documents box, or let your automation rules generate them.
