Installation
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working
AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION (EASIEST WAY)
To do an automatic install of WooCategory, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.
In the search field type “WooCategory”. Once you have found it you can install it by simply clicking “Install Now” and then “Activate”.
MANUAL INSTALLATION
Uploading in WordPress Dashboard
- Download woo-category-slider-grid.zip
- Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
- Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
- Select woo-category-slider-grid.zip from your computer
- Click ‘Install Now’
- Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
Using FTP
- Download woo-category-slider-grid.zip
- Extract the woo-category-slider-grid directory to your computer
- Upload the woo-category-slider-grid directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
- Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
You will now see the Post Carousel menu in your WordPress admin panel.

I first purchased a category slider from PluginEver it did much the same as the shaped plugin. Both left the original categories from my theme. THE DIFFERENCE was that PluginEver refused to offer support. Pulak at Shaped Plugin gave me custom css to customise the sliders.
