Installation

Automatic installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself and you don’t need to leave your web browser. To
do an automatic install of, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.

In the search field type “FedaPay” and click Search Plugins. Once you’ve found our plugin you can view details about it such as the point release, rating and description. Most importantly of course, you can install it by simply clicking “Install Now”.

Manual installation

The manual installation method involves downloading our plugin and uploading it to your web server via your favorite FTP application. The WordPress codex contains instructions on how to do this here.

Updating

Automatic updates should work like a charm; as always though, ensure you backup your site just in case.

Faq

Does this support recurring payments, like for subscriptions?

Not yet!

Does this require an SSL certificate?

Yes! In live mode, an SSL certificate must be installed on your site to use FedaPay. In addition to SSL encryption.

Does this support both production mode and sandbox mode for testing?

Yes it does – production and sandbox mode is driven by the API keys you use.

Plugin obsolete et négligé par ses développeurs

Avec zéro commit depuis plus de 2ans, ce plugin qui est destiné à servir de gateway de paiement est devenue obsolete par rapport aux évolutions de WP et de WooCommerce (le support HPOS entre autres); ce qui pénalise les sites des utilisateurs qui sont clients de Fedapay. Malheureusement que, malgré que ceci soit signalé à leur support, ils ne donnent aucune attention à ce qu'on leur signale.

Vraiment, c'est dommage qu'un produit pareil soit volontairement négligé de la sorte, et plus dommage que Fedapay oblige (indirectement) les propiétaires de sites ecommerce sous Woocommerce à ne pas être à jour pour pouvoir utiliser le plugin, parce que c'est la seule solution (non recommandée) de pouvoir continuer de l'utiliser.

Bonjour, En lisant, je vois que le plugin est fait que pour une certaine zone en Afrique. Est-il possible aujourd'hui de l'utiliser dans d'autres zones d’Afrique bénéficiant de mobil money? si non ,connaissez-vous une extension wordpress qui répond à ce besoin?

Fluide, facile à utiliser intuitif. Fedapay m'envoie un message dès qu'un achat est approuvé depuis mon site. Je vends des produits en Afrique et en Europe. L'interface m'aide à mieux identifier mes clients et leurs coordonnées, et à les contacter beaucoup plus facilement. Le paiement se fait rapidement par Mobile Money. Seul bémol : La carte bancaire ne marche pas encore. Sinon, cet outil serait parfait. Je recommande !
