For any issue send us an email to support@instamojo.com and share the log file. Its location is wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/.
Inside wc-logs there’s going to be file whose name starts with instamojo.

Installation

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

Make sure you’ve installed the WooCommerce plugin and it is activated. Without WooCommerce this plugin won’t work.
Search for “Instamojo Payment Gateway for WooCommerce” on the WordPress Plugin directory or download it.
Install the plugin.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Once the plugin is installed and activated, you will be able to access a new menu under settings called “Instamojo Payment Gateway for WooCommerce”.

Configuration

Now go to WooCommerce’s settings tab (left sidebar on your WordPress dashboard) –> Settings –> Checkout –> Instamojo.

Enable/Disable – Check this to enable this plugin.
Title – The plugin name that buyer sees during checkout.
Description – Additional description related to this checkout method, for example: “Pay using CC/DB/NB and wallets”.
Client ID and Client Secret – Client Secret And Client ID can be generated on the Integrations page. Related support article: How Do I Get My Client ID And Client Secret?
Test Mode – If enabled you can use our Sandbox environment to test payments. Note that in this case you should use Client Secret and Client ID from the test account not production.

Good Plugins Work Great with Normal Woocommerce

Hello Support, Instamojo Latest Update incompatible with Woo-Commerce High Performance Order Storage. Want to use on my store but not able to use due to incompatibility. Message on my wordpress plugin page. This plugin is incompatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature 'High-Performance order storage (COT)', it shouldn't be activated. With Normal WordPress Post Table Plugins Working Good. Add Compatibility to Instamojo with latest Woocommerce Features. Thanks.

Doesn't work on WP Multi-site

Just as other reviewers have noted much before me, this plugin gives an error when only any single site of a multi-site has this plug-in activated. Woocommerce is network activated. Clearly it cannot be used in this mode of operation. I created my own repo on github and deleted a condition it was checking for activation,

$condition2 = !in_array( 'woocommerce/woocommerce.php', apply_filters( 'active_plugins', get_option( 'active_plugins')));

After removing this condional, activation was fine.

Doesn't work with WooCommerce 3.6.2

The plugin doesn't work with WooCommerce 3.6.2. I am fed up requesting Instamojo to update it. The plugin hooks don't let anyone register on my website. Losing revenue and customers because of this silly plugin. If you do not wish to help people out there, please do not create plugins at all. I think I need to move to PayTM now, those guys are much better, with support. Instamojo, you are just losing customers just because you are not updating a plugin. Bye Bye Instamojo.

I saw that few people have rated this plugin 1 star without understanding how to use it and taking it out on their ratings . This plugin deserves better than that . This is one of the best and most secure plugins and I have been using it for over 8 months without a single hiccup ! Way to go , instamojo . You people are just awesome .

Doesn't work on WP Multisite

ERROR: Plugin (woo-instamojo) is installed on WP Multisite setup. WooCommerce is 'Network Active'. Activating this plugin on individual site throws following error: "Instamojo Plugin requires WooCommerce to be Installed First!" BUG: instamojo_activation_hook() is triggering Fatal Error in WordPress Multisite setup. As WooCommerce plugin is Network Active, the hook is unable to complete the condition.

Does not work on WP Multisite

The plugin simply does not work with WordPress Multisites setup. It gives the following error even if woocommerce is already installed. : ERROR : Instamojo Plugin requires WooCommerce to be Installed First!
