    Belize is missing Orange Walk District list

    Please update BELIZE location pack. Its missing an entire district Orange Walk. without this district, its not working well for me.

    Awesome, gives the functionality that is required to woocommerce shipping to different parts of France and UK (as well as other countries) Need to add simply code to functions.php to force use of state/county but works like a dream, thank you Dan.
